Kalana is a knowledgable instructor who is able to deliver the BLS-C in a lively manner. He is also very helpful, responsive understanding in the process of organising workshops for >120 students. Highly recommend his workshops!

Most engaging CPR course I've ever done, and I really enjoyed how Kalana adapted his teaching method to the crowds age and level of understanding. I also really appreciate how much he went into mental health awareness for issues like shock! It was a great morning!

Kalana came to our school for the HCP/ BLS course and he was great! It was the most interactive and enjoyable CPR course I have ever attended! It was full of interactive games, videos and great tips. He incorporated a modern twist to an "older course" by adding a mental health aspect and naloxone information. I would HIGHLY recommend ACT First Aid to anyone!!

The training course was beyond a doubt fun for everyone involved, classmates, supervising teacher and the host/trainer himself. I definitely felt that I learned something that day and earned my certificate WHILE having fun looking and doing the material for the day. 10/10 would do again anytime.

This class was so much fun to participate in, as it was very interactive and hands on. I loved getting to practice with the first aid equipment, it made me feel confident in what to do, and I will definitely put these new skills to use someday! The teacher themselves was extremely friendly and it never once felt intimidating to learn from them. I 100% recommend this to anyone trying to learn first aid!

The owner/instructor holds 10+ years experiences in the field, very friendly and competent. The classes were very thorough, digestible and well-instructed. I recommend ACT First Aid for anyone looking for first aid certifications within GTA.
